Lil' Miss Muffin and Stuff ***Now she opened a Cafe in Jackson***

Palmi Henry and her sister Laura have gone all out and opened a cafe in Jackson.  They plan to offer our eggs as soon as we have some to spare. 

Customizing in deliveries Lil' Miss Muffin is able to bring sweets and breakfast treats to your home or office.  She caters to office meetings, office birthdays and many other events.  Her Pumpkin Spice muffins are out of this world!   She will also custom make the cake of your dreams, just bring a photo or sit down with and tell her your ideas.  If you want our high quality meats however, you must tell her so.  The cost is a bit higher but well worth it!

She catered our daughter, Amanda's wedding (naturally using our chicken breasts and pork chops)! Everything was so perfect.  I couldn't have wished for more accomodating caterer. Makes me wish I could hire her more often.
